Guarantee/ Order Cancellation/ Returns:
All our products come with a 30 day guarantee. Please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your goods if there are any problems.
You may cancel your order up to 7 days after receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel before we have despatched your order then please call us on 01524 854777 or email us.
If you cancel after we have despatched your order then please call us to arrange a return. The charge made to you will be refunded on return of the order less the original carriage charge. If the return is for reasons other than faulty/incorrect goods then we will ask you to cover the cost of returning the order to us.
