Each capsule contains 145mg Omega-7 Fatty acids. The berry of sea buckthorn has for hundreds of years been valued and used as a source of nutrients. The SBA24 oil of sea buckthorn berry contains omega -3, -6, -7, and -9 and is especially rich in palmitoleic and vaccenic acid, omega-7 fatty acids rarely found in the plant kingdom. The oil is also rich in natural antioxidants: tocopherols and tocotrienols.
Directions: Two capsules twice a day with food during the first two months, one capsule twice a day therafter. Do not exceed recommended amount. Pregnant and lactating women and those on medication should seek professional advice prior to taking supplements
