Delivery
We have tried to keep our delivery policy and costs as simple and cheap as possible Any deliveries over 2kg in weight will be shipped with a 24 hr courier to mainland UK excluding (Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Postcodes - PA, PH, IV,KW, AB ,KA,ZE) Where there will be a £5 surcharge.
If you are ordering outside of the UK mainland please select the 'request invoice' option after you have made your selection. We will then contact you by e mail to let you know the postage cost to your chosen destination so you can either proceed to purchase or cancel.

Purchasing:
Orders up to 2kg will be despatched by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service and orders over 2kg will be shipped via next day courier, subject to stock availability. Orders received on a Friday, weekend or Bank holiday will be despatched on the next available working day.
Please note that we use PayPal to process our online payments. Customers do not need to re-enter their credit/debit card details every time they buy. When placing an order on line you are authorising payment to be taken from your credit/debit card at that stage.

Please give us clear instructions of your delivery address and any additional information that may help our courier (for those living in rural areas). We can deliver to your home / neighbour or workplace but please give us accurate delivery instructions including a postcode. A telephone/contact number is also very useful. If insufficient information is provided or there is no-one there on the specified delivery day we can not be held responsible for non delivery of your order and you will be charged for the contents and delivery.
